RailOS is an x402-native commerce and payments platform. It unifies card and stablecoin rails, an x402 facilitator, a full merchant operating system, and an AI commerce layer — so people and autonomous agents can transact across the web, social, and APIs on one set of rails.
What we build
Most commerce infrastructure was designed for a web of humans clicking checkout buttons. RailOS is designed for a web where software agents also discover products, compare merchants, and pay per request. That means traditional payments and stablecoin settlement sit behind one API, and every payment — human or agent — is verified, metered, and settled the same way.
What the platform does
Payment rails
Accept traditional methods — Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards, ACH — alongside stablecoins (USDC / USDT) on Base, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and Arbitrum. Hosted checkout, embedded checkout, payment links, subscriptions, invoices, and QR payments.
x402 facilitator
A native HTTP 402 facilitator: payment verification, negotiation, settlement, usage metering, and API monetization. On-chain stablecoin payments are verified before any receipt is issued, so a receipt never exists without a confirmed payment.
Merchant operating system
Merchant accounts, teams, roles, and stores; a full ecommerce engine (products, collections, inventory, variants, orders, returns); analytics; payouts; and treasury — one dashboard for running a business.
AI commerce layer
Structured merchant catalogs and payment endpoints that let AI agents discover, compare, buy, and pay per request. Agents transact over the same x402 and stablecoin rails as human buyers.
Stablecoin settlement
RUSD and USDC settlement with multi-rail routing across chains. Merchants choose their settlement currency; the router selects a rail by cost, speed, and reliability.
Developer platform
REST APIs for public, x402, and webhook traffic; GraphQL for dashboards. Scoped API keys, webhook subscriptions with delivery monitoring, and SDKs for building against the live x402 API.
